​Exercise classes will be run as 2 different types -  a circuit style using reformers other other equipment  and reformer only classes

Term 4 commenced 7th October 2024 with classes running on:

Monday at 10.30am - Circuit Class (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

Tuesdays at 9.30am - Circuit Class (FULL) & 5pm (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

Wednesday at 9.30 am - Reformer Only (SPOTS AVAILABLE)

Wednesday at 5pm - MENS ONLY CLASS (SPOTS AVAILABLE) 

Thursdays at 9am - Reformer Only (SPOTS AVAILABLE) & 9.45am (FULL)

Saturdays at 10am. - Circuit Class (FULL)

Classes are $25 per class, can be claimed through your private health fund using the code 561. We use an app called Pogozo which allows you to book your classes via and app and download your invoices to claim from your health fund.
